MICRO DENSHI Power

In my section, we are in charge of developing and manufacturing of microwave oscillator and devices. We are also responsible for experiments upon requests to try the effect of microwave before introduction.

I have done, the adjustment of oscillator and devices, design and evaluation of devices using the simulator. Now I am challenging the microcomputer’s software for the controlling oscillator.

We have few people to perform a wide range of work. I feel very rewarding because for this reason, I have many chances and opportunities to experience various techniques and tools. I will continue to absorb new technologies and knowledges. My goal is to become a highly trusted technician who is able to consult both internal and external problems.

At our department, we manufacture the system as specifications requested by customers, that is for sure, and also evaluation of previous equipment’s failure based on the feedback. Our challenge is to manufacture equipment that customers would say “easy to use”.

When I am involved in maintenance of previous equipment, I use my eyes to see for myself, to see how the system works, and looking forward to using this knowledge to make new equipment.

Our equipment production reflects your voice and voice of production site to the unit we manufacture together with customers. In general, most of the people would imagine family type when talked about microwave. Even if you could heat up using your microwave at home, it doesn’t mean that the industrial type also can. In the production of industrial microwave equipment, there are various conditions to meet, so materials and components for the unit are also limited. The strength of Micro Denshi is that we can propose microwave ＋α for production to customers.

We have established as rubber vulcanization and worked with customers in various fields of industries. As a future initiative, we are aiming to be a supplier that provides what the market requests, by the experiences we had, and by cooperating tight with Beijing Micro.

In order to meet the specific needs of various customers, we design and manufacture microwave devices individually, in build-to-order system. It is very important for both users and manufacturers to have a common understanding of the equipment. Therefore, we listen to your request correctly, then put in the order of priority at the first stage.

In next stage, we propose the most suitable conditions of microwave irradiation, which experimented by our various equipment, to customers. To bring out the advantages of microwave heating, we consider combination use of gas combustion equipment, electric heater, and steam heating. We consider these combinations use of equipment to bring out the total balance of the system, such as performances, expenses, running costs etc.

As a sales representative in Micro Denshi,　from exchanging information with customers to after-service, working together with our engineers at the production and technical department. We are also working to expand the market in overseas as well as domestic market.
